Service Description
Kick Start Your Fitness Program with this 45 min. Level I Basic Class Designed to Introduce the "New" Student to the Basic Principles of TRX Suspension Training. You will learn the Set-Up and Use of the TRX, along with Correct Body Position, Alignment and Basic TRX Movements. Emphasis will be on Range of Motion, Functional Movement and Strength, Balance and Stability, includes Stretching. All Beginners Welcome.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation by email , by phone or online up to 1 hour before each class. If you don't cancel by the deadline, you will be charged for the class. All unlimited class packages will lose one day for each occurrence.
